Our process began with a comprehensive analysis of the area and the site\u2019s properties, supplemented by strategic meetings with key stakeholders, including Recimetal, to gain a deeper understanding of waste management. This research allowed us to identify best practices at other recycling centers across the country and adapt them to the local context. The final proposal integrates the functional design of the collection center\u2014optimizing reception, sorting, and storage processes\u2014with a neighborhood park surrounding it, transforming a service infrastructure into an active public space.
